1. Site survey. The team measures the space and checks ceiling height, structure and services.
2. Design. Layout, airflow and services are planned to NABH guidelines, with 3D visualisation before work starts.
3. Build. Modular wall and ceiling panels, laminar airflow ceiling, HVAC, doors, flooring, pass boxes, scrub sinks and the surgeon control panel are installed.
4. Equip. OT tables, OT lights, pendants and medical gas outlets are added, so one team answers for the whole theatre.
5. Test and hand over. Air quality and systems are checked before the theatre is handed over and staff are trained.
